By creating a Stratify account or using the Stratify platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Stratify is a B2B lead discovery platform. It uses Google Search (via Serper.dev) to discover publicly indexed professional profiles, scores them using a proprietary algorithm (CPSEM), and enables you to export the results. Stratify does not access private databases, login-protected content, or scrape websites directly.
You may use Stratify only for lawful B2B sales, marketing, and research purposes. You agree not to:
Stratify surfaces publicly available information indexed by Google. You are responsible for how you use the data you export. You must comply with applicable laws including the DPDP Act 2023, GDPR (if applicable), and anti-spam regulations when contacting individuals.
Enriched contact data (emails, phones) is provided by third-party data brokers (Hunter.io, RocketReach). Stratify does not guarantee the accuracy of enriched data.
Stratify is offered under Free, Starter, Pro, and Agency plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, who handles all tax compliance including GST.
Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Each plan has a daily and monthly lead cap. Exceeding your cap pauses searches until the next reset. Attempting to circumvent limits (e.g., multiple accounts) will result in account termination.
The Stratify platform, CPSEM scoring algorithm, and all associated software are owned by Stratify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own business purposes.
Data you export remains yours. We claim no ownership over your search results or exported CSVs.
Stratify is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that profile data is current, complete, or accurate. Search results depend on Google's index and may not reflect recent changes. We are not liable for decisions made based on Stratify data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratify's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Stratify in the 3 months preceding the claim. Stratify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or are inactive for more than 12 months on the free tier.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
